1. General

1.1 STOIK operates sports facilities, coaching academies, events, and food & beverage services.

1.2 By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

1.3 STOIK reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Facility Booking

2.1 All court/ground bookings must be paid in advance.

2.2 Booking confirmation is valid only after payment receipt.

2.3 Users must arrive on time. Delays will not extend the booking duration.

2.4 Misuse of property, abusive behaviour, or violation of rules may result in removal without refund.

3. Academy Enrolment

3.1 Fees once paid are subject to the Refund Policy mentioned below.

3.2 Students must follow the safety instructions given by coaches.

3.3 STOIK is not responsible for injuries arising from non-compliance with instructions.

3.4 Parents/guardians are responsible for minors outside training hours.

4. Health & Safety

4.1 Sports activities involve physical risk. Participants voluntarily assume risks.

4.2 Players must disclose medical conditions before enrolment.

4.3 STOIK may deny participation if a safety risk is observed.

4.4 Personal coaching or private training sessions conducted by external coaches are not permitted on our premises. Only coaching provided by authorised Stoik Sports coaches is allowed.

4.5 At Stoik Sports centers, safety and minimizing liability are paramount. Members are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate in sports. Stoik Sports is not liable for injuries sustained during play or training. We adhere to rigorous safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all members. Users must sign such liability waiver acknowledging the inherent risks of use of the facilities as may be required from time to time. Further, users must adhere to Stoik Sports's code of conduct and must foster a safe, respectful and welcoming environment for all other users.

4.6 Parents/guardians are responsible for their child(ren) within the premises at all times, except during scheduled coaching sessions where the child is under the direct supervision of assigned staff. Management is not responsible for unsupervised children.

5. Payments

5.1 We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other digital modes.

5.2 All prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST as applicable.

5.3 STOIK reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice.

5.4 Stoik Sports bears no responsibility for, nor can it intervene in, any personal financial transactions voluntarily conducted between individuals - regardless of whether such individuals were associated with the company at the time. Such transactions fall entirely outside the scope of Stoik Sports's business operations, policies, and authorizations. Stoik Sports does not bear any responsibility for games hosted by external individuals at the facilities. All individuals participants in these games must comply to the venue policy at all times.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content (logo, brand name, images, videos, coaching material) belongs to STOIK.

6.2 No content may be copied or reproduced without written permission.

7. Media Consent

7.1 STOIK may capture photos/videos during training or events for marketing purposes.

7.2 If you do not wish to be featured, you must inform us in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 STOIK is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged on premises.

8.2 Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service booked.

9. Queries

For any additional questions or concerns, please contact our customer support team via Stoik Sports App.

Parking is offered on a limited, first-come, first-served basis. Stoik Sports does not guarantee the availability of parking at any given time. No refunds or compensation shall be provided in the event of unavailability or issues related to parking.

10. BULK PAY & PLAY PLANS

All slots need to be booked for a date within the validity of the plan purchase.

No carry forward of unused slots will be allowed.

If the booking is not cancelled on or before 24 hours of the slot time, that slot will be deducted from the pack.

11. DEFAULT AND TERMINATION

Stoik Sports reserves the right to terminate any coaching or membership plan at its sole discretion if the user is in violation of this policy without any liability to make any refunds, reimbursements or adjustments. The decision to terminate a coaching or membership plan shall be final.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
